Recalling that just over a month ago, on November 30th, 2020, the largest such tragedy of the decade occurred, when the ship One Apus lost 1816 containers on its way from Yantian, China, to Long Beach, California.<\/p><p>For now, they have sent a statement informing that all crew members are safe, while they assess the losses that have occurred, and notify the Coast Guard and the relevant US authorities of the facts.<\/p><p>The representatives of Maersk report that they will thoroughly investigate other causes that may have led to this accident, in order to increase in the future the safety of the ships and their respective operations.
